Digital Products

All products sold by Gandrud Visuals (Michelangelo Media AS) are digital downloads, including Lightroom presets and PDF guides. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, our refund policy is tailored accordingly.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

To request a refund, simply email us at hello@gandrudvisuals.com with your order number and a short note about what didn't work for you. We will review your request and process approved refunds promptly.

Refunds After 14 Days

Outside the 14-day guarantee window, we may still issue a refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

You did not receive your download link and we were unable to resolve the issue
The product file is corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement
You were charged more than once for the same order

We do not offer refunds after 14 days if:

The product was downloaded and works as described
Results did not match your expectations due to differences in image, camera, or editing software
You changed your mind after the guarantee period has expired

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA – Angrerettloven)

If you are a consumer located in the EU, EEA, or Norway, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason under applicable consumer protection law (including the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act – angrerettloven).

Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee meets or exceeds this statutory right. Regardless of whether you invoke your legal right of withdrawal or our voluntary guarantee, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

A short note about what didn't work for you (within the 14-day window) or a description of the technical issue (outside the 14-day window)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us again.

Damaged or Incorrect Files

If you receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at hello@gandrudvisuals.com. We will provide a replacement file or a full refund.
