Digital Products
Digital products, including PDF guides and Lightroom presets, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
After purchase, digital products may be available directly from your order confirmation page and/or through a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Photographic Prints
Our physical photographic prints are produced to order with the assistance of third-party printing and fulfilment partners.
Because prints are produced specifically after an order is placed, there may be a short production period before the order is shipped.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on photographic prints to destinations available through our checkout.
If additional shipping options or charges apply to a particular order, these will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Production and Delivery Times
Production and delivery times may vary depending on factors including:
- the destination country
- the product and size ordered
- production capacity
- the shipping carrier
- customs processing
- circumstances outside our reasonable control
Any delivery estimates shown at checkout, in your order confirmation or in tracking information are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
We aim to have orders produced and delivered as quickly as reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates where delays are caused by fulfilment providers, carriers, customs authorities or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We ship physical prints to the destinations available through our checkout.
If a shipping destination is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship the relevant product to that location.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been produced and shipped.
Please note that tracking availability and the level of tracking detail may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
We aim to fulfil print orders as locally as reasonably possible through our fulfilment network.
Depending on the destination, fulfilment location and shipping method, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply.
Where such charges apply and are not included in the order price, they are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the relevant customs authority, postal service or shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact hello@gandrudvisuals.com as soon as possible.
We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address or other order information can be changed once production or fulfilment has begun.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at hello@gandrudvisuals.com with your order number.
We will work with our fulfilment and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and arrange an appropriate solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your print arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gandrudvisuals.com.
Please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- photographs of the product and packaging where possible
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
