Welcome to Gandrud Visuals! Michelangelo Media AS (Org. no. 935 656 273) operates the Gandrud Visuals brand and this website/store ("Gandrud Visuals", "we", "us", "our"). We operate gandrudvisuals.com and its subdomains in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience, including digital products and content (the "Services").
Gandrud Visuals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence.
To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.
Section 2 – Our Products
We offer digital products, including Lightroom presets and downloadable guides, as well as other products and services we may introduce over time.
We have made every effort to accurately represent our products and services. However, colors and visual appearance of presets may differ depending on your device, screen calibration, and the photos you apply them to. Results will vary based on individual images and shooting conditions.
We do not warrant that any product or service will meet your specific expectations or produce identical results to those shown in previews or examples. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Gandrud Visuals reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Gandrud Visuals confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Due to the digital nature of our products, Gandrud Visuals may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted and the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you at the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Section 4 – Digital Products and Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital products (such as Lightroom presets or PDF guides) will be delivered via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout, or made available through a download page. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you provide is correct.
If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at hello@gandrudvisuals.com.
Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or sublicense any digital product purchased from us. See Section 6 (Intellectual Property) for further details.
Section 5 – Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes or fees. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that: (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; and (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider.
Section 6 – Intellectual Property
All content on the Services – including but not limited to presets, guides, photographs, text, graphics, video, audio, design, and arrangement thereof – is owned by Gandrud Visuals / Michelangelo Media AS, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Digital products purchased from Gandrud Visuals are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use only. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any product or content from the Services without our prior written consent.
Gandrud Visuals's names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Michelangelo Media AS. You may not use such trademarks without prior written permission.
Section 7 – Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
You may be provided with access to third-party tools or links as part of the Services. We neither monitor nor control such tools, and they are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or endorsements. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Section 8 – Relationship with Shopify
Gandrud Visuals is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Gandrud Visuals. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and Gandrud Visuals. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases from Gandrud Visuals.
Section 9 – Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at gandrudvisuals.com/policies/privacy-policy. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gandrud Visuals, its partners, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost data, or similar damages, arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gandrud Visuals / Michelangelo Media AS, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (3) your use of the Services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. You and Gandrud Visuals consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Oslo, Norway for any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

We will notify you of any material changes in accordance with applicable law, and changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 19 – Severability and Waiver
